Welcome to Venom. These Terms govern your interaction with our website, platforms, and experiences (“Services”). By entering our world, whether online or at events, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

1. Entering the Venom World

1.1 Age and Capacity

You must be 18+ to access Venom. By participating, you confirm your legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

1.2 Personal Responsibility

Venom thrives on respect and energy. You must not:

• Break any laws

• Harm, harass, or intimidate others

• Introduce malicious software or interference

• Disrupt our Website, systems, or experiences

• Use automated tools or scrape data without permission

• Misrepresent your identity

2. Events, Tickets, and Community Conduct

2.1 Event Details

Event dates, lineups, and locations may shift. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel experiences.

2.2 Tickets, Access and MEMBERSHIPS

• Ticket sales and membership sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• Refunds follow our policy and NZ law.

• Tickets and memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed.

• Valid ID and proof of purchase may be required.

• We may refuse entry or remove anyone violating these Terms or disrupting the collective.

2.3 Membership Benefits and Ticketed Events

• Membership benefits are subject to the inclusions of the applicable membership tier and may be amended by Venom from time to time.

• Unless expressly stated otherwise, membership does not guarantee entry to ticketed events. Members must purchase a valid event ticket to attend ticketed events.

• King Cobra memberships include up to four (4) complimentary tickets to eligible Venom events as specified in the membership benefits.

• Te Katipō Double Trouble and Te Katipō Triple Threat are individual memberships. The names of these tiers refer solely to the guest access benefits available at eligible private members-only events and experiences. They do not constitute joint, shared, couple, family, or multi-person memberships.

• Te Katipō Double Trouble permits the member to nominate one (1) guest, and Te Katipō Triple Threat permits the member to nominate up to two (2) guests, to accompany the member at eligible private members-only events and experiences, subject to the applicable membership benefits.

• These memberships do not include additional ticket allocations for ticketed events. Unless otherwise stated, every attendee, including the member and any nominated guests, must hold a valid event ticket.

• Private members-only events and experiences may not be be available at all times. Guest access under Te Katipō Double Trouble and Te Katipō Triple Threat is only available when such events or experiences are offered by Venom.

2.4 Payment Plans

Members who choose to pay for their membership via the two-month payment plan will receive access to any applicable membership benefits as outlined for their tier. However, any physical membership items, merchandise or welcome packs included with the membership will only be provided once the membership has been paid in full.

If a payment plan is cancelled, defaulted on or remains unpaid, Venom Events Ltd reserves the right to withhold any physical items until the outstanding balance has been settled.

2.5 Community Conduct

By attending, you agree to respect fellow attendees and venues. Unsafe or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

3. Merchandise

• We strive for accurate product information but cannot guarantee perfection.

• Payments must be received before processing orders.

• We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

• Returns and refunds follow our policy and applicable laws.

4. Ownership and Creative Content

• All Website and Service content—including logos, graphics, music, and videos—is owned by Venom or our licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives without permission.

• User submissions grant Venom a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and share your content. You confirm your right to grant this licence.

5. Privacy in the Collective

Your information fuels the collective. We collect and use it to:

• Run events, manage access, and communicate updates

• Understand how the community moves through digital and physical spaces

• Maintain safety, security, and integrity

Refusing to provide required information may limit your access to certain Services. Your privacy is respected and protected under our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Venom exists to create experiences, not promises. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• You enter our world at your own risk.

• Venom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses—including lost data, profits, or opportunities.

• This applies regardless of whether liability arises in contract, tort, or statute.

• Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot legally exclude.

7. Indemnity

You agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless Venom and our crew against claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Breach of these Terms

• Misuse of our Website or Services

• Actions at Venom events

8. Suspension and Termination

If we detect violations of these Terms or unsafe behaviour, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately. Upon suspension or termination, you must cease all use of Venom Services.

9. Changes to Terms

Venom may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted. Continuing to use our Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
